All sponsor or exhibitor cancellations must be made in writing and e-mailed to croman@boaf.net. A penalty will apply. No telephone cancellations will be accepted.
- A 50% penalty will be assessed on cancellations e-mailed on or before October 16, 2026.
- Registration transfers will incur a $25 administrative fee. Member to non-member transfers are responsible for the difference in the registration rate.
- No refunds will be issued on or after October 17, 2026.
- No refunds will be given for no-shows.
